• 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup milk (your choice of milk)
  • 1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter or non fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup or honey to sweeten
  • 1/2 cup of fruit ( your choice of fruit)

Step 1: Add old fashioned oats, chia seeds, butter or non fat Greek yogurt to a bowl and combine

Step 2: Add milk to the mixture and stir until combined

Step 3: Cover and refrigerate overnight (can be stored for up to five days)

Step 4: Remove from fridge and transfer to jar or bowl and top with fruit 

Step 5: Drizzle with maple syrup or honey
